When does the draw take place?

The draw will take place on 17th March 2025. 

Is there a cash alternative?

Yes, there is a €300,000 cash alternative should the winner not want to take the house.

How do I enter?

Just click on the Enter here buttons on this website and follow the entry steps. 

If I don’t want to buy online, is there another way of purchasing?

Yes, those wishing to purchase a ticket offline can do so by contacting a committee member of Tipperary County Board & through local clubs in Tipperary. Those outside the County or not affiliated with any club can also contact an official by email address.

Can I purchase a ticket as a gift?

Yes. If gifting, please put the person’s name in the checkout page. It is your responsibility to register the ticket in the name of the person you are gifting it to. This person will be the single point of contact for the draw.

Can a group or syndicate buy a ticket?

Yes, a syndicate can buy a ticket. It is the responsibility of the syndicate to arrange their own agreement and to appoint and register one person as their trustee for the ticket. This person will act as the single point of contact for the draw.

I have purchased a ticket online; will I receive an actual ticket in the post?

No. On purchasing a ticket, you will receive an automated email which is a receipt for your order & contains an order number, (Please check your junk mail) Your order number is not your ticket number. You may also receive a receipt from Stripe, our payment processing partner.

How many tickets are for sale?

There is a maximum of 19,999 tickets. This includes any tickets sold offline via our club units.

What are the prizes in the draw?

In addition to the first prize of the four-bedroomed semidetached house, there may be additional bonus draws with different prizes.

Can anyone attend the event?

Yes, we will hold a public event that will also be streamed live on social media. All details will be posted on our social media platforms in advance of the draw. All entrants are welcome to attend the draw.

Do you have to be present to claim the prize?

No. If you’re not present at the draw we will contact you with details about how to claim your prize. Please see our terms and conditions with further information on our draw.

When will the winner be notified?

The Winner will be notified within 7 days from the date of the prize draw. Winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry. See terms and conditions for further details.

Do I need to be living in Ireland to claim the prize?

No – the draw is open worldwide to natural persons aged 18 and over.

Are legal fees included in the prize?

No. Winner will cover all costs of conveyance and registration of the property as per terms and conditions on these pages.

How is the house draw being conducted and will the draw be overseen, by an independent adjudicator?

The draw will be conducted by drawing a unique draw number from a drum with all unique entries inside. An independent person will draw the winning entry and it will be overseen by an independent adjudicator. We also recommend you read the terms and conditions document prior to entering the competition.

If I experience any issue or technical difficulty when buying a ticket online, what do I do?
